How it works

The rules of the set

Larpad is a launchpad on pump.fun where every coin comes with a promise. You can fake it. Then you have to make it. The chain decides, nobody else.

Overview

Anyone can say their coin is going to a million. On Larpad you have to put your creator fees behind it. You launch a coin on pump.fun with a market cap and a deadline. The fees the coin earns stay locked. If the coin reaches its number and holds it, the fees are yours. If it does not, you larped, and the fees go back to the people who believed you: your holders, or a buyback and burn of the coin.

StepWhat happens
01 · PromiseMarket cap, deadline, boast, larp outcome. Sealed.
02 · LockThe coin's creator is its Larpad wallet. Fees are claimed every five minutes. 10 % platform, 90 % locked.
03 · VerdictHeld for five minutes before the deadline: made it. Otherwise: larp.

The promise

At launch you pick a market cap ($50K, $100K, $250K, $500K, $1M, $5M, $10M or one whole Kimchi, $40M), a deadline (1 hour, 6 hours, 1 day, 3 days or 7 days), write one line of boast, and choose what happens if you larp.

The promise is hashed: sha256("larpad-v1", name, ticker, target, hours, boast, creator wallet, larp outcome). The first 16 characters of that seal are written as larpad:… in the coin's own description on pump.fun. Anyone can recompute it. Nobody can change it after launch, not you, not us.

The verdict

RuleValue
Market capRead every minute: price on the pump.fun bonding curve, then in the PumpSwap pool after graduation, times total supply, times SOL/USD.
Made itAt or above the target for 5 minutes in a row, over at least 3 readings, before the deadline.
Streak brokenAny reading below the target, or more than 3 minutes without a reading.
LarpThe deadline passes without a kept promise.
FinalA verdict never changes.

Can a creator buy their own coin up to the number? Yes. It still has to hold for five minutes against the whole market. If a creator pays to make it, the holders got the market cap that was promised.

The money

The creator of every Larpad coin on pump.fun is its own coin wallet, derived for that coin alone. Every five minutes it claims the creator fees.

The coin wallet's transaction fees come out of the platform's 10 %, never out of the creator's or the holders' part. Every claim, payout, airdrop and burn is listed on the coin's page with its transaction.

Larp: holders or burn

Holders. At the verdict the platform records every wallet holding the coin. The creator's wallet, the coin wallet, the bonding curve and the pool are left out. Each payout is split pro rata to the smaller of what a wallet held at the verdict and what it holds at payout time: buying after the verdict earns nothing, selling lowers your share. Up to 200 holders; shares under 0.0005 SOL are re-split among the rest. Paid in SOL.

Burn. The fees buy the coin on the curve or in the PumpSwap pool and the tokens are destroyed in the same run.

Honest limit of the holders option: a creator who larps but kept a bag on other wallets gets that bag's share back. The burn option gives them nothing at all.

The Kimchi

One Kimchi is $40,000,000, the sum one trader says he made on TRUMP, famous enough to become a unit. Every number on Larpad is also counted in Kimchis. Larpad is parody and commentary about flex culture; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Kimchi or pump.fun.

What you trust

  • Custodial. The coin wallets are derived from one platform key. The operator could move the funds; the rules above are what the code does, and each coin's record shows every move.
  • Not audited. Start small.
  • If the platform stops, the coin keeps trading on pump.fun; the fees wait in the pump.fun creator vault until the platform claims again.
  • A memecoin can go to zero. A kept promise is not a price floor.

FAQ

Can I change my promise? No. The seal is in the coin's description from the first second.

Can I pick no deadline? No. A promise without a date is a larp by design.

What does a launch cost? pump.fun's network fees and rent, plus 0.004 SOL sent to the coin wallet so it can pay its own claims, plus your dev buy if you make one.

Who pays the fees of the payouts and burns? The platform's 10 %.

What is $LARP? The platform's coin on pump.fun. See the token page.
